1. Introduction

Welcome to Hobbeeme! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, services, and interactions with vendors. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with these terms.

Hobbeeme is a market place platform providing online services through its registered Vendors. We strictly comply with the Cybercrime Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 2012), Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021) and its amendments from time to time and is committed in protecting your privacy and personal data shared with us. We strictly comply with the consent regulations as per Information Technology Act.

2. User Eligibility

3. Booking & Payments

• Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the vendor
• Payments: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways secured with UAE Central Bank approvals.
• Hobbeeme is not authorized to store or record any data without due consent from the user, as per Data Protection regulations.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds are subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy. Hobbeeme is not liable for any disputes between customers and vendors.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Any damage caused to vendor property during a class is your responsibility.
• Unauthorized reselling or redistribution of classes is strictly prohibited.
• Vendor owns the contents and the services provided, in case of any unsatisfactory services or any issues related to the contents, the same to be directly taken up with the vendors under intimation to Hobbeeme for any improved service delivery, if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Hobbeeme is a marketplace platform connecting users with vendors. We do not conduct or control the services provided.
• We are not liable for vendor actions, quality of services, or any dissatisfaction arising from bookings.
• We evaluate and appoint our Vendors for better services and optimum customer satisfaction to our customer, but we do not guarantee class availability, vendor reliability, or customer experience.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

• Hobbeeme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.
• In case of any suspension of the services due to any violation and /or act /omission of the vendor or the customers, Hobbeeme shall not be responsible for any refund of payment.
• In case of suspension / termination of the services due to whatsoever reasons the user shall immediately cease using the services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arbitration as per provisions of Arbitration laws of DIFC by a Single Arbitrator appointed as per the DIFC regulations.

9. Limitation of Pecuniary compensation Liability

Hobbeeme shall not be responsible and liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of this contract.

Any liability to the Vendor / Customer/ User or any third party (due to whatsoever reasons) by Hobbeeme shall be limited to the last one month’s invoice value,

10. Acceptance

By using the services, the User hereby acknowledge that it has read understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement.
